Century Tree Services, Inc., manufacturer of Century Root Barrier products, warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform to Century’s written specifications for 20 years from the date of purchase.

Century Root Barrier products are designed to protect hardscapes from root damage while supporting healthy tree growth. This warranty applies only when products are installed and used according to Century’s standard specifications and installation instructions.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, inadequate maintenance, or use outside the product’s intended purpose. It also excludes damage caused by conditions beyond Century’s control, including ground movement, flooding, earthquakes, natural events, or third-party actions.

If a covered product is found defective, Century will provide a replacement product. This warranty does not cover labor, transportation, installation, removal, disposal, or any incidental or consequential costs.

Century makes no other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law. Century is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, including loss of use or revenue.
