Domestic Shipping
UPS Shipping: We offer various UPS shipping methods for all domestic orders.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 72 business hours for order processing before shipment.

International Shipping
USPS Shipping: All international orders are shipped via USPS by default.

Alternative Shipping Options: To request a different shipping method, please contact us at info@crbtools.com before placing your order.

Processing Time: International orders may require longer processing times than domestic orders.

Returns & Warranty Policy
To initiate a return or warranty claim:

1. Call us at 714-632-7083 to request an RA number.
   
   
2. A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with all returned merchandise for warranty evaluation.
   
   
3. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and must be in the same condition it was shipped.
   
   
4. Returns without an RA number may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
